shipping + returns
Shipping is calculated at check out with an eta. Tracking is provided for shipping on all orders, it will be emailed the day you place your order and when orders ship. Once it leaves the hands of Liminal, it is out of our control around any occurred issue. Liminal is not responsible for late deliveries, damaged pieces, and/or stolen/missing packages. Please make sure you are home the day of delivery and/or have your package sent somewhere safe and secure. With that being said, if you contact us about the situation, we will do our absolute best to support the scenario. If your order arrives damaged, make sure to take photos right away and reach out.
We are not able to accept ANY returns or cancelled orders, so please reach out with any questions or concerns regarding the size or fit before purchasing.
repairs
Case by case basis for these scenarios, open to consideration-Some repairs may be fully covered by Liminal while others may cost 1/2 of the original price to repair.

all items are made to order, except those on the one of a kind page. please allow 4-6 weeks for your jewelry to be made and shipped.
